ADHD COACHING

ADHD Coaching That Actually Works

If you’re here, you probably already know what you should be doing. The problem is follow-through: you start things and don’t finish them. You feel constantly behind. You’ve tried strategies that work for a week and then… you stop. This is where coaching comes in.  Robert understands that ADHD is not a lack of ability or a time management problem. It is a disconnect between how your brain operates and the world around you.

A Different Approach:

Coaching Grounded in Clinical Experience

Robert brings something most ADHD coaches don’t:

A clinical counselling background.

That means:

  • You’re understanding why things aren’t working

  • We address patterns like avoidance, overwhelm, and negative self-talk

  • Strategies are tailored to how your brain actually functions using evidence-based approaches like cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness

  • Related challenges like anxiety and depression are addressed alongside ADHD

What We Work On

Coaching is practical and focused on real-life results.

Together, we work on how to:

  • Break the cycle of procrastination and avoidance

  • Build routines you can actually maintain

  • Improve focus and follow-through

  • Navigate work, relationships, and daily responsibilities

  • Reduce anxiety and mental overload

  • Develop confidence and a more sustainable way of functioning

  • Cultivate communication and self-advocacy skills

  • Master time management

  • Set priorities and reducing distractibility

  • Boost ADHD parenting and partner support

This is a non-judgemental space to figure things out. Your brain processes motivation, emotion and structure differently. The goal is to build an approach to life that works with how you’re wired, without changing who you are.  Over time, clients move from feeling stuck and reactive to having a more manageable way of operating day to day.

Insurance coverage

Sessions usually are eligible for reimbursement through extended health benefits, depending on your plan.
